Aaron Swain - Leadership Group
Aaron has been with Tiscareno Associates for over 5 years, and recently earned his professional license and NCARB certification. Although interested in all forms of design, Aaron is attracted to “big picture” master planning, and contributing positively to the challenges of development with sustainability in mind.
In the office, he serves as project manager for various building types and contributes invaluable support on our master planning projects. Aaron has great experience with documentation, management, client relations, sustainable design practices and permitting.
In the community, Aaron has served as Committee Chairman for the Seattle Architecture Foundation (SAF) Tours Program, also leading walking and biking tours around the city. His knowledge and understanding of the design and historical context responsible for the built environment reveals awareness and attention to the key factors that contribute to the design and development process.
Aaron holds a Master’s of Architecture from the University of Oregon where he was also a Graduate Research Assistant and a Graduate Teaching Fellow. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
