Licensed Architect
The position offers diverse responsibilities and active client interface. Requires a Masters degree in Architecture and at least five years of shell and core experience with commercial, retail, multi-family housing projects; design skills, excellent project management abilities; and technical skills. Also requires:
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial-style environment
- Ability to present to and work with senior-level professionals, notably in development firms and government agencies
- Freehand drawing ability
- Strong writing skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage details and multiple work streams
- AutoCad proficiency
