Jim Cade - Practicing Project Architect in Seattle

Jim Cade, AIA - Principal

Jim is arguably one of the best project architect and project managers in the Northwest. With 31 years as a practicing architect and a LEED accredited professional, Jim's architectural experience has emphasized design team oversight and project management.

He leads our multidisciplinary project teams and has personal experience with numerous project delivery types including design-bid-build, design build, and GC/CM. He plans, directs, and monitors all aspects of our complex projects which involve budgets, schedules, technical standards and client communications. His ability to coordinate the project process resonates in the successful delivery of new and renovated projects.

Two of Jim's most prominent projects, as a project manager, include Seattle Symphony's Benaroya Hall, Swedish Medical Center's 1101 Madison Office Tower and Riverpark.

Jim holds a Master's in Architecture degree from University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from University of Washington.
