Bob Tiscareno
Founding Partner & President
Owner and founder Bob Tiscareno started the firm in his basement and has guided its steady evolution from a one-man show to prominence among the city’s 20 largest architecture firms. At any given moment he has more than two dozen projects in various stages of design and construction, and today 8-10 projects are worth $75-200 million in construction value.
Over the years Bob has worked on numerous renovation and new construction developments involving a variety of project types. The firm today is focused on large mixed-use and multi-family developments—both mid-rise and high-rise—that often present complex challenges ranging from regulatory constraints to environmental concerns.
Bob’s work has been recognized with awards from organizations including NAIOP, American Institute of Architects, and Gold Nugget Awards. In 2022 he won two prestigious awards, NAIOP Night of the Stars: Multi-Family Residential Suburban Development for Waterfront Place and Multi-Family Residential Urban Development for The Beam. His design has been recognized in a long list of awards nationally. Further, his articles have appeared in national and local publications (including Puget Sound Business Journal, Daily Journal of Commerce).
Bob holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Northwest District Multifamily Council and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
