FEATURES

This six-story, 326-unit, transit-oriented development brings a distinctly urban sensibility to its suburban Lynnwood setting. The addition of a public plaza adjacent to a major bus stop and a Park and Ride and thoughtful combination of surface and structured parking creates a higher density with a more metropolitan feel than surrounding walk-up apartments.

The team took a previously entitled project and streamlined the design to achieve higher values in aesthetics and functionality. The revised design embraces the linear site and long building facades by creating a unique design with variegated massing that snakes across facades that are punctuated by balconies and material changes. A double height sky lounge and connected rooftop deck take advantage of soaring views of Mount Rainier and the Cascades.
