Eastline Grand is a 420,000-square-foot residential and commercial development designed with walkable urban living in mind. Located at 16595 Redmond Way across from a new light rail station, the six-story building will include 311 residential units, a combined almost 19,000 square feet of retail and restaurant spaces, and a 303-space parking garage. A two-story fitness center will highlight a host of amenities. The project is expected to be completed in early 2024.
