Our team assisted the club's general manager, head golf professional and other stakeholders, to understand their goals and priorities for a covered practice facility. We developed three indoor and outdoor program options, ranging from 2,700 to 8,000 square feet on a 14,400-square-foot site, giving a clear basis for stakeholder discussion.

The preferred concept under design pairs two indoor teaching simulators with a restroom and up to six covered outdoor hitting bays, all opening toward the range. Set beside the grass tee line, it provides cover through the colder months and the technology for professionals to offer fittings and lessons. Its footprint and scale are designed to reflect the character of the historic clubhouse.

Because the range steps across multiple levels, the plan regrades the main and mid-level pads into a single, more cohesive practice area, a solution we proposed and stakeholders endorsed for efficiency. Now under design, the project advances the club's practice experience, operational goals and long-term planning.
