Envisioned as a timeless expression of Pacific Northwest architecture, the 26,400 SF golf clubhouse pairs a sustainable design with a strong sense of place. The project’s objective is to elevate the regional golf experience through thoughtful architecture, authentic materiality, and a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape.

The clubhouse is conceived as a mass timber structure, utilizing CLT construction to convey warmth, durability, and environmental stewardship. Expansive glazed façades are strategically positioned to flood the interiors with natural daylight while framing panoramic views of the golf course and its natural setting, reinforcing a strong indoor–outdoor relationship throughout the building.

The two-story program is organized around a welcoming lobby and accommodates men’s and women’s locker rooms, a ballroom, bar and grill, private dining spaces, a golf shop, and operational support areas. A sculptural CLT stair serves as a central architectural feature, linking the lobby to the primary dining spaces above while expressing the building’s structural logic and craftsmanship.

An articulated entry portico, along with generous decks and landscaped terraces, extends the clubhouse into the landscape. These outdoor gathering and dining areas enhance the guest experience and further strengthen the building’s relationship to its natural Pacific Northwest setting.
