The largest golf project Tiscareno has taken on, this ongoing master plan supports a championship public course in Western Washington that is investing in new dining, amenity, cart and practice facilities alongside a renovation of the course.
The practice facility will include a long run of covered stalls next to a large grill overlooking the finishing hole, meant to improve off-season use and draw local residents. Built of heavy timber drawn from the surrounding forest, the range arcs gently toward the tees. For golf technology, we are designing a renovation to the dated instructor facility to support club fittings and attract permanent teaching professionals.
An adjacent event space will be another food and beverage hub, supporting gatherings like viewing parties while also serving daily lunches and dinners. The course will improve its cart storage and efficiency by adding a very large cart barn next to an expanded staging area, easing the transition from a gas to an electric fleet. Together, these advance the course’s year-round appeal, operational efficiency and competitive standing.
