Seattle Convention Center Summit Building

Rising 15 floors and totaling 1.5 million square feet, the Washington State Convention Center Summit Building nearly doubles the capacity of the convention center. Tiscareno assisted prime architect LMN Architects in key aspects of the massive expansion from design development through construction administration. This included: detailing and modeling interior elements for a bakery and for exterior wood/steel fins on the northwest side of the building; submitting documentation for LEED certification; reworking soffits and ceilings in limited areas for construction coordination purposes.
