Our team assisted the club's general manager and ownership on a comprehensive refresh of the clubhouse, practice facilities and on-course amenities.
One scope was a master plan for the clubhouse's lower floor, where a stagnant layout limited storage and flow. We reworked it into a golf entertainment and fitness hub with indoor simulator studios and a grab-and-go comfort station.
Alongside it, we designed an indoor and outdoor instruction facility beside the driving range, roughly 4,800 SF under cover. Three simulator studios with clear garage doors open to a run of covered hitting bays, extending use through the colder months and giving professionals the technology for fittings and lessons. The building also holds an office for the head professional, a fitting space and a restroom.
A final scope designed unmanned, grab-and-go comfort stations for the club's three nines, in two smaller models and one larger model with a wraparound porch. Together, the work advanced the club's amenities, year-round use and on-course experience.
