As a project architect and project manager for more than two decades, Christopher Dowell focuses on multifamily, mixed-use, and retail projects, bringing an expertise that leads naturally to smooth project delivery. He is regularly responsible for all aspects of a project, including creation of contracts for work with clients, overseeing the construction documentation process, consultant coordination, and construction administration services.

Christopher is known for his technical prowess and collaborative work style. Clients regularly depend on his ability to deliver affordably constructed buildings that meet development and design objectives, resolve seemingly insurmountable site challenges, achieve city approvals and building permits on time, and meet community and local regulations.

He recently served as the project architect on Modera Ballard (recently renamed The Wilcox Apartments), Waterfront Place Apartments, and is currently working on the 164thStreet Apartments project in Lynnwood, WA. Particularly notable is Christopher’s work on Modera Ballard, for which he was also project manager, due to the collaborative problem-solving he facilitated among the owner, designers, consultants, and contractors. Managing day-to-day operations, leading the creation of construction document and permit sets, and coordinating closely with all players, his deft guidance resulted in a high-profile, multifamily gateway into Ballard’s commercial district that the client and community loved. No matter how simple or complex, every project has benefited from Christopher’s same attention to detail, teamwork, and excellence of construction documentation.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas and is a WA registered architect, member of the AIA, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has been published in Multifamily Executive Magazine and the Daily Journal of Commerce.
