Kate Reef is an experienced project manager with extensive experience focusing on multifamily and tenant improvement projects in the Seattle area. Larger tenant improvement projects include a South Lake Union office, the transformation of the first floor of the Museum of Popular Culture, the Living Computer Museum, and more recently a large grocery store with a food court. She also has worked on dozens of retail spaces at The Landing (Renton) and various spaces for the Port of Seattle and Vulcan Real Estate. Kate is an adept communicator and excels at seeing the big picture while also keeping a firm grasp on the details. She is currently project architect for a mixed-use development that includes three large retail spaces that will require tenant improvements once leases are signed. Kate has a Bachelor of Arts in architecture from Lehigh University and a Master’s in architecture from the University of Washington.
