In a career spanning more than 25 years that includes leadership positions in multiple firms, Scott has distinguished himself as an astute manager adept at optimizing resources to meet the unique needs of each project. An accomplished designer in his own right, Scott is able to keenly assess complex requirements and leverages his insight of the firm’s abilities to assemble the perfect team for each job. Key to his success is a respect for each team member’s strengths combined with a desire to provide opportunities for growth, resulting in more innovative designs and creative solutions.


Scott is passionate about developing vibrant and sustainable multifamily communities. From concept to completion, he excels in every aspect of the process. Scott's recent achievements include being the design lead and senior project manager for the Redmond Grand and Redmond Central transit oriented residential mixed-use developments. With over 600 homes situated at the terminus of the Link light rail line, this and all of his high-profile projects benefit from his nimble problem-solving skills.


Scott is managing the recently commenced Modera BelRed, a multifamily, mixed-use development notable for its thoughtful programming, along with other significant commissions including Solera, The Spark, The Line, and Redmond Square. These successes demonstrate Scott's imaginative design sense and ability to harmonize diverse perspectives to deliver on client objectives.


Scott holds a Master of Architecture degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with emphases in Urban Geography, City Planning, and Environmental Design from San Diego State University. Licensed in Washington and California, he’s a member of the AIA, is NCARB and LEED AP® certified, and sits on the Urban Design and Mixed-Use Committee of ULI Northwest. His expertise in multifamily housing is recognized by his recent publications in The Registry where he’s authored two articles on the subject.
